    • Illinois resident receiving Food Stamps (LINK) or Social Security Disability Income (SSI) please call 217-782-3984
  • The Illinois Department of Public Health will send you an application for spay/neuter and rabies vaccine, and all you will have to pay is a $15 copay for service. This fund has several hundred thousand dollars waiting to be used, so please contact them if you qualify.
